Notice there are a few differences compared to a standard Jacks or Better paytable. First, the two-pairs pay only 1 coin for each coin bet. Normally two-pairs pay 2 coins for each coin bet. Another change has been made for Straights, Flushes and Full Houses, all three paying 8 coins for each coin bet. That's a considerable increase for the Straights that traditionally pay 4 coins and Flushes that normally pay 6 coins on a Full-Pay video poker machine. It is important however to keep winning hands when you get them in the first deal and only rarely break them up to attempt getting a better hand. • No winning hand on first deal? No problem, hold the following cards in this order:
  • Four cards to a Royal Flush or Straight Flush

  • Low-pair below Jacks
  • Four cards to an open-ended straight (for example 7,8,9,10)
  • Two suited high cards
  • Three cards to a straight flush
  • Two unsuited high cards
  • Suited 10 and Jack, 10 and Queen or 10 and King
  • Any one high card
  • If you have none of the above, discard everything and get 5 new cards
• If you have a winning pair plus another high card, always drop the extra high card. Never keep the kicker with your pair as it will reduce your chances of getting a three-of-a-kind. Keeping the extra high card may get you another pair but remember that with All American Video Poker two pairs pay as much as having one Jacks or better pair.
